    We are taking our 4 year old son to experience a Disney Christmas the 12/2-12/9. Is the Candlelight Processional in Epcot something that would be enjoyable for his age?

    Hi Renee,

    Christmastime at Walt Disney World is a spectacular time to visit. Between the amazing decorations to the wonderful shows, the holiday magic is overflowing.

    Speaking of those wonderful shows, the Candlelight Processional is absolutely phenomenal. I saw it for the first time a few years ago and it immediately became my favorite holiday event at Walt Disney World. However, I'm not sure my 4 year old son would sit through it and get all of its meaning. But, you are the best judge of your child's personality and temperament. Keep in mind that it is an event with lots of narrated parts interspersed with Christmas music. It is extremely moving, in my opinion, but even with the story of the nativity, I don't think my son would sit still through it. Again, this is based on my personal experience and my kid's personality.
