Hi there, Gwendolyn! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I remember when my daughter made this transition and, to her, it was like milk was the greatest beverage there ever was! You can certainly bring milk with you into the parks, but the challenge will be keeping it cold. Coolers are permitted at the Disneyland Resort as long as they are smaller than 18" wide x 25" high x 37" deep. You can either keep a small cooler in the bottom of a stroller, or you may
rent a locker at the parks. Lockers are not refrigerated and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Otherwise, milk (usually lowfat, not whole milk) is available to purchase at most
quick service dining locations.
Also, don't forget about the
Baby Care Centers located in each park. They offer a quiet and cool place to change your child's diaper, highchairs to help feed him, and even rocking chairs when it's time for a snooze.
No first visit would be complete without a personalized pair of Mickey ears! These are available at a few different places throughout the Disneyland Resort, but a particularly charming location is the
Mad Hatter in Fantasyland near the Mad Tea Party attraction. Just picture it, your little one in their first Mickey ears going for a twirl in a classic tea cup - perfection!
I hope this information was helpful. Please stop by again with any future questions you may have. Have a magical day!
