Hi, Sue! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I have 2 girls who aren’t huge fans of thrilling attractions, although I do ask them to try everything at least once! I will always remember my then (tall) 3-year-old disembarking Expedition Everest at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park with a look of sheer terror, followed by tears, and then- shock. Needless to say, we haven’t ridden it since! Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there are some great options for a 3-year-old such as
Toy Story Mania! and Disney Junior - Live on Stage! There is also the Voyage of The Little Mermaid show, but my kids found the dark lightning scene to be scary… so you might want to skip that and head to
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration! At Epcot, your little one might enjoy
Frozen Ever After- although there is a small drop that has caused many a tear! There is also Spaceship Earth, a slow moving attraction that my kids love! Oh, and how could I forget Living with the Land, a slow boat ride that goes through an actual garden! Epcot is one of my favorite spots to meet Disney Princesses around World Showcase! Princess Jasmine’s line is always shorter in Morocco than it is at Magic Kingdom Park!
I hope this helps you with your planning, might I also suggest taking a look at the
Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones page for more information and ideas? Have a magical vacation!
