I am taking my 8 and 9 year old daughters to Disney World this summer for the first time, how can I determine which park is appropriate for them?

    Hello Shanell!

Have fun planning your first trip to Walt Disney World!  First, I would recommend that you spend some time on the website.  There is loads of information about all of the parks.  If you only have one day, then I would definitely recommend Magic Kingdom Park.  When most kids think of Disney, they think of the attractions and ambiance of the Magic Kingdom.  It is the park where it all began, after all.  If you are planning an entire vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort, then you should visit all four of the major theme parks on property.  There are all definitely fabulous choices for adults and children of all ages.  In other words, there is something for everyone.

Feel free to stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again with any other trip planning questions you may have.  We are always happy to assist!

I wish you a truly magical vacation.
