Hi, Karen!
As we linger through a cold winter, thoughts of a sunny June days in Walt Disney World are just what we all need!
The order of the parks really will not matter. What I feel is more important will be to arrive at the parks early each day when temperatures are the most comfortable and the lines are at their shortest. Plan on an early start and a nice mid-day break back at your resort. If everyone is up to it, you can head back to the parks for dinner and a magical evening of parades or fireworks.

Plan on some fun character dining experiences. These fun meals have wonderful food along with the opportunity to meet your favorite Disney pals. This way, your travel party can get some great photos without having to wait in a line.
Your friends may also enjoy the parades. Times and schedules are not yet posted for June, but the afternoon parade at the Magic Kingdom is always a lot of fun, as well as the wonderful nighttime spectacular light parade. Epcot is home to Illuminations and Fantasmic! is a great way to end your night at Hollywood Studios. All of these activities will be easy to view with your guest in a scooter so that will make it easier for you.
