    Hi We are taking our two children, staying AKL in August. do I need to make reservations for breakfast and dinner at AKL on the days when we are not eating elsewhere?

    Hi Judith! Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village is one of my all time favorite places at Walt Disney World Resort because there's nowhere else like it!

    Our favorite restaurant at Animal Kingdom Villas is Boma - Flavors of Africa located at Jambo House. The African themed cuisine offers a tasty variety of exciting foods plus some classics guaranteed to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Breakfast and dinner are fabulous at Boma and the menu changes everyday so there's a lot to experience! It's a very popular restaurant so you definitely want to make reservations, which can be made up to 180 days before your arrival.

    Another option for breakfast is The Mara. On the days that I didn't make breakfast in our villa, my children loved the Mickey shaped waffles at this quick service restaurant - you'll find your dining dollars go far at the resorts.

    Be sure to soak up all the exciting features of this resort, it's truly a unique and majestic place.
