Hi Kimberly,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question! We’re Premium Annual Passholders too, and we often tend to time our trips so that our “last” visit to Walt Disney World Resort is timed to coincide with our Annual Pass’ expiry date!
The best way to know whether you’ll be able to use your Annual Pass on your date of expiration is to go check the expiry date that is listed in the "
My Reservations and Tickets" section of your My Disney Experience account. There, where your Premium Annual Pass is listed, you’ll see a date, followed by “12:00 AM”. Your pass expires at midnight on that date. So, if your pass expires on, say July 1, 2015 at 12:00 AM, you’ll be able to enjoy the Theme Parks, Water Parks or any of your other Annual Pass entitlements until June 30, 2015 at 11:59 PM. Hopefully, this means that you’ll be able to enjoy your last day of your trip in the Parks.
If not, have no fear, there are plenty of other “non-Park” things to do at Walt Disney World Resort. Some of my family’s favourites include visiting
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge (including its amazing savanna and its tasty food options!), mini golf at
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf or just browsing the shops at
Downtown Disney. You’ll find plenty to see and do, even if your passes can’t be used on the last day of your vacation.
I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming visit! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
