We are taking our 1st trip to WDW 1/23-1/28 and are staying offsite and driving to the park each day. We have meals planned at the resorts. Is getting around (ie MK to contemporary resort) difficult? Is it best to take the parks transportation or drive?

    Hi Kelly!
Getting around the resorts is a breeze, as long as you know how far you have to go. For example, if you go to Magic Kingdom and have a reservation at Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort, that's just a short monorail ride away. Since I'm always early, I usually find myself walking out the gates about 30 minutes before my reservation. This way I make sure I have enough time. Once you're parked at the parks, just use Disney's transportation system because it's really great.
Have a magical first trip to Disney!
