Taking our 1st trip to WDW in Aug. We are staying at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge. Is there a good bldg to recommend? Also, how do I request for a special bld (before I arrive or once I get there)?

    Hi Jennifer,

I love your question!  You are asking about my home resort.  The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, nestled along the shores of beautiful Bay Lake, is a breath-taking retreat.  You're going to love it here.

There's no need to make a request for a building if you are staying at the Villas because these rooms are all under one roof.  There is only one building.  I, however, often ask for a pool view and a room on a high floor when I'm staying at this resort.  Then you have a chance to see the Electrical Water Pageant through the trees from your balcony at night.  So enchanting!  Although they do not guarantee they can fulfill your requests, the cast members who assign rooms will do their very best to give you what you want.  Just call Disney directly or the travel agent through whom you booked your reservation to make your request at least a few days in advance of your arrival.

Have a magical stay at my very favorite resort!
