I will be taking a trip to Disney World when I am 26 weeks pregnant. Due to pregnancy complications, I can't walk for extended periods of time. Do I need a doctor's note to rent an ecv or wheelchair?

    Hi Jennifer!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  You don't need a doctor's note or anything like that to rent a wheelchair or an ECV.  You should also stop in Guest Services when you get to Walt Disney World and request a Guest Assistance Card; that should help you in negotiating any long lines in the theme parks.  Just explain to Guest Services what you think would make your trip more enjoyable or explain any limitations you have, such as not being able to stand for an extended period of time.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
