Hi!! I am taking a trip to Disney world very soon with our three year old son. We have reservations at Teppan Edo for dinner. Do we need to order something off of the menu or can he share our entrees?? Thank you.

Kon'nichiwa, Rachel! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am so excited for you to experience the magic of Walt Disney World Resort through your three-year-old’s eyes! The first time we brought my eldest daughter, she was three and I can tell you that I have some of the BEST memories from that vacation!

We have visited Teppan Edo many times, especially with our kids- the chefs keep them entertained while the food is being prepared! I have actually already split a meal with my daughter and they even split the meal into separate plates for us, although I can’t guarantee that this will be the case for everyone. So the short answer is YES, you can! Just make sure to speak to your server to let them know your plan.

While you are at the Japan Pavilion, might I recommend taking a peek at the “pick a pearl” experience? It’s one of my favorite activities to do in Epcot, although I still have yet to pick my pear! Here, Guests purchase and select an oyster and then get to keep the pearl (or pearls if you are lucky and get “twins”)! You can even have your pearl set, or bring it home to have it set into jewellery. This is one of my top activities on my Walt Disney World Resort bucket list!

I hope my answer was useful and bon appetit!
