We are taking our 1st trip to Disney 6-14 to 6-21. We want to take water, snacks, camera.etc into the park. Can you go on a ride with the backpack? The grandchildren will be 6,9,13. Do we each keep our own tickets? Any other advise for 1st timers?? Thanks

    Hi Suzy,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I'm glad you've come to us with your last minute questions.  You are more than welcome to bring a backpack into the parks, just keep in mind that you will need to pass through security and your bag will be searched prior to entering any park.  The bags can be taken on the rides with you or there are lockers available in each park if you would like to store them.

As for the tickets, each person will need their own ticket.  Typically we designate one person in our family to hold all of the tickets. I always suggest that you take a picture of the back of each ticket (or photo copy them if possible), so in the event that a ticket is lost, you can easily get it replaced at guest services.

    Have a great time!
