We are taking a trip to Disney and have a 5 day pass. My (2) year old will turn 3 on our 4th day there. Do we have to purchase a ticket for her?

    Hi Maria!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation at the perfect time! There's no better place to celebrate a birthday than at Walt Disney World Resort and your little princess will have a fantastic birthday during your vacation. Be sure to pick up a complimentary birthday button for her to wear during your trip so Cast Members and other Guests can join in the celebration!

Guests don't age during a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so your daughter will be considered 2 years old for the duration of your vacation for ticketing purposes. Since Guests who are 2 years old and under are the special Guests of Mickey Mouse, she will receive complimentary admission to the theme parks and water parks at Walt Disney World Resort and you do not need to purchase a theme park ticket for her!

When you are ready to make dining reservations for your trip, be sure to add your daughter's birthday celebration to your dining reservations by calling (407) 939-1947. Let us know if you have any additional questions as you continue planning your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
