Hi: Taking my three kids for Christmas to Disneyland. Going for a week over the holiday. Staying at Grand CA. Are there blackout dates to get into park? Twins’ having bday also! Just want to make sure we can access parks each day! Events to look for?

    Hiya, Erina!

My first visit to the Disneyland Resort was on Christmas! I cherish the memories of that special family vacation. During the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort, enjoy the aroma of the gingerbread house in the hotel lobby, the festive decor around the entire resort, and the many activities during the Disney Festival of Holidays. Our family also loved the "Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort" Guided Tour, which even included reserved seating for the parade and yummy holiday treats!

We too have holiday-season birthdays in our family. To help celebrate our daughter's birthday, we treated her to a makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and a special breakfast, similar to the recently-announced Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures. You will find many special ways to celebrate your twins' birthday to make lasting memories!

If your stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is booked as a vacation package, park tickets may be included, and will be for the number of days purchased with the package. If your booking is a hotel-only stay, tickets to visit the theme parks may be purchased separately. Regular theme park admission is not subject to blockout days, so you can enjoy the parks any of the days you choose to use your tickets! Plus, guests of the Disneyland Resort Hotels may enjoy daily benefits such as Extra Magic Hour with valid theme park admission!

I hope you have a very merry Christmas, Erina!
