I am taking my three grandsons (6,4,3) for the first time to Disneyworld in October. We have five days. Can you suggest where to stay, are there sites to get discounts or better deals? I heard that its better to stay at WDW...

    Hey Lisa!

I feel like it's better to stay in a Disney World Resort because of the benefits... things like being able to have your purchases sent to your Resort, extended hours at the Theme Parks, and using Disney Transportation. That's just a few of the perks, but ones that make a big difference in simplifying the trip!

Disney has Value, Moderate & Deluxe Resorts to appeal to every budget. See this link for more information and pricing on all of the Resorts:

Each Resort has it's unique personality and benefits. I love staying in one of the Deluxe resorts on the Monorail system because my family adores the Monorail and it's easy to get around Magic Kingdom & Epcot.

However, one of our best Disney vacations took place at the Port Orlean's French Quarter Resort which is a moderate. The landscaping is gorgeous, it's right on a beautiful river that has boats going to and from Downtown Disney. We stayed there with our two kids and Grandmother.  The entire family enjoyed this Resort...something for each of us there.

If you have any further questions...like about specific resorts...come visit with us again, we'd love to help some more!
