Hi Matthew,
It sounds like you are up for an exciting visit to
Walt Disney World! Children younger than 7 need to be supervised by an adult or a young person over the age of 14 at all times. So as long as you are comfortable being in control of three young ones at once, you should be fine.
You've already identified two of the attractions that are fabulous for preschoolers:
Disney Junior -- Live on Stage and
Finding Nemo: The Musical. If you want other advice on attractions, entertainment and dining for little ones, check out the
