We will be taking my son to WDW (June 23-28th) for the 1st time! He is turning 1 on June 28th. :) where is the best place to stay, what reservations should I make for dinner, shows, activities for a one year old? Order b-day cake?

There is no better way to make special memories then to have a birthday at Walt Disney World. You and your son will have such a wonderful time. A great way to begin the big day is to get him a Customized Birthday Button. That way others can wish him a happy day too! The best place to begin to plan a Disney vacation is by ordering the free Disney Vacation Planning DVD. This helpful DVD will allow you to explore every aspect of your vacation from your computer. I would suggest that you stay at one of the resorts located on Disney's Monorail path. When we stayed the Disney's Polynesian Resort. it was so convenient to use the Monorail which arrives right at the hotel entrance. We used it to easily return to the room for nap time, change of clothing and just getting back to the resort faster. It saved so much time that we used to play at the pool and in the gorgeous Great Ceremonial House—built to resemble a royal Tahitian assembly lodge. To order a customized birthday cake just call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 827-2253. Just know that it does requires advanced reservations. Have a great time making memories on this special vacation.
