We are taking our son to WDW for his 3rd birthday. We will be there 3 days before he officially turns 3. Does he need a ticket or is his age at check-in (2) his official age for the rest of the trip?

Hello, Courtney!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

What a way to celebrate a birthday!  I can think of no other place I would rather be on my birthday than Walt Disney World.  Well, really any event for that matter.

If your child is two when you check-in, then he will be considered two for the duration of your Walt Disney World vacation.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to help our guests plan for a most MAGICAL vacation.

~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON"!~
