Taking my son to our first Disney trip in about a month...I was going to make reservations for the Mickey Backyard BBQ but then when I went to pay it says that the characters do not visit individual tables. It this dinner worth all the money you pay?

    Hi Courtney!

That is a hard question.  If you have children who love to dance and you like country music, then I think the answer is "yes" since you are already considering it.  Basically, you sit at large picnic tables in front of a very large dance floor where guests and Disney characters dance.  The food is what you would normally think of having at a BBQ.

The Disney characters do not visit individual tables but you can definitely go up and dance with them!  Young children especially love the experience.

I went and had a good time, but I love to eat and the food, especially the unlimited supply of Mickey bars at the end, was good.  I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
