Hi there, Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!
Every time I visit the Disneyland Resort, I am delighted at the many tasty and unique options available at quick service restaurants! One of my absolute must do locations is
Flo's V8 Cafe in Disney California Adventure Park. I love the roast beef and cheddar sandwich and the chocolate shake is simply divine. Kids can also get a roast beef sandwich, a turkey sandwich, or macaroni and cheese. All of these options are served with fruit, vegetables, and a choice of beverage.
I also really like
Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Frontierland because they have a really nice variety of Mexican food offerings. I go for the enchilada platter, but for kids there is a bean and cheese burrito, a chicken taco, chicken and rice, or beans and rice.
Is your child a hot dog fan perhaps? My daughter could probably eat hot dogs for every meal and be perfectly happy! Stop by
Award Wieners for the kids all-beef mini hot dog meal and perhaps pick up one of their specialty dogs for yourself.
Finally, if your child tends to snack more than eat full meals, look for the Kids' Power Pack offered at many quick service locations. This pack includes a yogurt smoothie, apple slices, carrots, banana, goldfish crackers, and a choice of milk or water. It works great as a light meal, or since all the items are individually packaged, you can throw them in your backpack to have several snacks on-hand for later.
I hope this helps! Have a deliciously fun time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
