Taking my son for his 5th birthday for the 1st time in April. Will I be allowed to bring in snacks & water for him? We are going to all 4 parks.

    Hi Cindy,

Yes, you are allowed to bring snacks and bottled water into the parks, as long as it is not something that needs to be re-heated, you will be fine.  I do this on all of my trips as my daughter is a finicky eater and sometimes it's nice to be walking around the park and being able to pull out a granola bar or something like that, which I know she'll eat instead of looking for somewhere to find something she'll like that is also going to be healthy for her.  I usually don't bring bottled water as it takes up too much space in my backpack and you can ask for a cup with ice water in any of the Counter Service locations inside of the parks.  Don't forget to get a complimentary Birthday button for your son to wear during your vacation by visiting any of the Guest Relations locations in any of the Theme Parks, Downtown Disney or your WDW Resort so he may experience a little "extra" magic during your trip.  Have a wonderful 1st trip to WDW!

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
