Hi Courtney!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love that you are planning a solo trip to Walt Disney World! I have done this on a couple of occasions and it's such a fun change from a family trip.
If your dates happen to overlap with the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, you have even more choices to make! Not only could you spend days sampling the incredible food and beverage offerings from the Global Marketplaces, but there are special tasting events, mixology seminars and a variety of other activities that would be perfect for a solo trip.
There are always a few attractions I like to enjoy in the parks like
Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain in Animal Kingdom Park and
Rock 'n' Rollercoaster Starring Aerosmith at Disney's Hollywood Studios. But one of my favorite things to do on a solo trip is find a nice spot in the middle of the action and enjoy the atmosphere. I like to sit back with a cup of coffee, relax and take in all of the magical details that make Walt Disney World so special.
Finally, I think you'll definitely want to make some time for a visit to
Disney Springs. There are some incredible new dining and shopping spots that you won't want to miss! My personal favorite is Morimoto Asia. Just thinking about it makes me hungry!
I know you will have a wonderful time on your vacation, Courtney. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
