I am taking a solo trip to Hollywood Studios on a day where the resort I'm staying at, participates in early hours for that park that day. How do I get past the sea of people to get in and utilize the early hours??

Howdy Nancy!  Thank you for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is definitely a fun filled packed day!  I have recently had the opportunity to explore this park on my own.  I really enjoyed it and going solo definitely has its benefits.

The entrance of Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been overwhelming due to the new Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.  If you are not planning on arriving early to get into a boarding group then I have a few suggestions.  It looks like you will be in the park on February the 10th.  The park hours for that day according to the Walt Disney World website are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., these times are subject to change.  As long as you arrive at the opening time then there should be no problem.  Boarding Groups should all be dispersed by this time and everyone should be entering the park.  If you choose to wait 15 or 20 minutes after the park opens then you should really have a very minimal wait.  I hope this helps you make your decision on when and how to enter the park.

I highly recommend blasting off on the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run!  This attraction is a blast!  I had the experience of being one of the pilots.  I am definitely not a pilot but the entire adventure was so much fun for all.  This is a thrilling adventure that you don’t want to miss!

Your vacation is just a few days away!  I am so excited for you.  I know you will have an “Out of this World” adventure!  Happy packing, Nancy!
