We are taking the shuttle from Pop Century to the Disney Wish May18. We got one luggage tag per person but need 1 more. How do we get an extra luggage tag as we will not have our bags at port?

Hi there, Brad! Welcome back to planDisney!

Your Disney cruise aboard the beautiful Disney Wish is fast approaching, and I’m so excited for you! I love all the magical details aboard the Disney Wish. It really does feel like we’re stepping into our favorite Disney fairytale, complete with Fairy Godmother herself, waving us off as we sail away with the most magical “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!”

My favorite way to get to my Disney cruise ship is also by using Disney Cruise Line’s Ground Transportation. It’s very easy and convenient, right down to the well-thought-out luggage service that whisks our luggage off from our Walt Disney World Resort hotel room to our Disney cruise ship, like “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!”

I’ve also run into instances where I needed an extra luggage tag. Thankfully, they’re very easy to find when you’re staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel! All you need to do is go to the main building, also called “Classic Hall” at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and ask a Cast Member at the Guest Services Desk for a Disney Cruise Line luggage tag. They should have some there. I’ve been lucky asking at the Guest Services Desk at any Walt Disney World Resort hotel I’ve been in, and they’re usually able to give me some.

When you get your luggage tag, fill it out with the required information, with the most important piece being your stateroom number. Attach it to your luggage and “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!”-one more piece of luggage sailing with you!

My suggestion is to grab that extra luggage tag before the morning that you embark on your cruise, as your luggage will be picked up from your room very early on embarkation day, between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM. I find it much easier to pick it up the day before or earlier, rather than scrambling from my room to the main building and then back again on a busy embarkation day morning, all before 7:00 AM and before I've had my Joffrey's coffee!

Brad, I hope that I was able to help. I WISH you the most enchanting memories on board your cruise! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any more questions.
