I am taking my one year old son to magic kingdom for his first birthday, Do they still do the free birthday button pins so cast members around the park say a personalized "Happy Birthday" throughout the day? (They were doing it in '09 when I last

    Hello, Hope!

Birthday buttons are still available and can be picked up at Guest relations at Magic Kingdom Park. We celebrated my son's birthday last year at Walt Disney World and it was an amazing experience. Princesses wished him a happy birthday, Goofy asked him how old he was (using his fingers), and a wonderful Cast Member gave him some 'extras' on his Nutella and Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich at Sleepy Hollow. Even other Guests wished him a Happy Birthday! Just these little things added up to one magical and special day for him.

Happy 1st birthday to your little guy from me! Have a magical day, Hope!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
