    Hi Melissa!

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is fabulous!  It's my favorite hard ticketed event in the Magic Kingdom.  The special parade and fireworks are fantastic.  Children can dance with the characters at a dance party and, of course, everybody can go trick or treating throughout the park.

However, I don't know if I would recommend it to very young guests.  The party does not get going until 7 pm.  The parade is usually around 9 pm.  If children are afraid of fireworks (the loud noises) then the fireworks won't be enjoyable.  I know my son was absolutely terrified of fireworks until he turned 7.  However, other young children love them, so it really depends on the child!

The party is relatively expensive.  My suggestion would be if you have the budget for it, then go for it.  Most young guests wear a costume to the party; some adults do too!  Good luck with your decision!
