    We are taking the 7-night Western Carribean cruise in January and are trying to figure out which night to make reservations at Palo. We want to be sure we don't miss the Pirates In the Carribean dinner/deck party, but we can't figure out what evening that

    This is a great question!  Palo is an amazing dining experience, so I can understand trying to work out the scheduling details now.

    Unfortunately, just when I think I've got the "system" figured out - Disney Cruise Line tweaks something!  So rather then tell you when I *think* they will have the party, I suggest you call (800) 951-3532 and the reservations specialist should be able to provide you this information.
