Hi there, Darren!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! A Disney Cruise is always so much fun so I can understand why your friend may want to join you on the adventure! We always have a great time when we travel with others – friends or family – and one of the best things about being on a cruise ship is there is
so much to do and you don’t necessarily have to do the same thing! There is something for everyone and everyone is guaranteed to find something for them!
I confirmed with Disney Cruise Line and unfortunately your friend will not be able to join the Disney Dream at a different port of call. There are certain itineraries that begin or end in international ports of call where embarking or debarking at other ports of call is a possibility, but not when the ship starts and ends at the same port of U.S. port of call, such as Port Canaveral.
If your friend is unable to join you on this one, it gives you more the reason to
book your next cruise while onboard! I suggest looking at some future cruise dates with your friend and pick one that works for everyone! Then when you are onboard, visit the Future Cruise Desk and make your reservation! This way you can take advantage of the great onboard booking specials and you will have another vacation to look forward to!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
