I am taking my nephew who is 5 to Disney for Thanksgiving week and we are planning on staying at the Saratoga Springs Resort. Is there enough entertainment and recreation for a 5 year old at this resort, the website makes it seem sparse. Thanks

    Hi Todd!

Look out Saratoga Springs, here comes Todd's nephew!  Don't worry, this resort is ready to entertain.  Amazingly, even in November, the weather can be warm enough to swim.  The pools alone will usually occupy most five year olds for hours at at time - you may have to drag him kicking and screaming back to your room!  He should really enjoy a ride on a surrey bike and have fun honking the horn at anyone who dares to cross his path.  The community center has tons of board games and crafts are even scheduled thoughout the day.  Of course, what five year old boy wouldn't love the arcade???  Best of all, Downtown Disney is only a short 10 minute stroll away.  While at Downtown Disney, I bet that he would love to visit the new T-Rex cafe, Lego shop and the HUGE World of Disney.

I hope that you can keep up with your little guy - have fun!

    Much pixie dust,
