We're taking our 16-month-old daughter to Disney in March; we're staying on preperty and will be using Disney transportation exclusively (including airport transfers). Do we need to bring a car seat?

    Hi Phillip!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  As an engineer, I would recommend bringing a car seat for use on the airplane.  However, it's not a requirement.  It's also not a requirement to use a car seat on a large bus, such as the ones used for Disney's Magical Express and inside Walt Disney World.  So the answer to your question is "no", a car seat is not needed if you will be using Disney transportation during your whole trip.

Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and write back if you have any more questions!
