Taking our 4 month old and 8yr old on vacation, staying at a Disney Vacation Club spot. We need more than an umbrella stroller, should we bring our own (and take a chance on airline damage,) or rent one at Disney? What are the Disney strollers like?

    Hi!

A Disney stroller might work well for your 8 year old, assuming he or she will still ride in a stroller.  I know my 7 year old won't!  However, a Disney stroller is definitely not appropriate for your 4 month old!  It's made out of hard plastic and doesn't offer much support.  Your 4 month old will definitely not be comfortable in it.

I really recommend bringing your own stroller from home as your child will be familiar with it.  You can also try renting from the independent company Orlando Stroller Rentals.  I've never rented from them before myself, but I've heard nothing but good things about them and I have friends who love them!  Their website is OrlandoStrollerRentals.com.

Good luck with your decision and write back if you have any more questions!
