Hi Jessica and welcome back to planDisney!
I know how it goes with a picky eater and in fact, I am one myself! I've gotten a little more adventurous with trying new things as I get older, but I do enjoy basic chicken nuggets and fries every once in awhile.
Looking at the menus for
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival for this year, I'm not sure that your daughter would like most of the offerings. My daughter is super picky, so we are quite familiar with some of the more simpler offerings at
EPCOT. Our go-to for chicken nuggets and fries is at the
Refreshment Port, just before you get to the Canada Pavilion. They usually have some delicious poutine offerings, but also have a chicken nuggets and fries meal.
Connections Eatery has pizza or chicken strips.
Fife & Drum Tavern in the American Pavilion has plain hot dogs and turkey legs, which my daughter loves. Also in the American Pavilion is
Regal Eagle Smokehouse that has chicken strips and macaroni and cheese. (We ask for no bread crumbs on the mac & cheese. That's how picky my daughter is!)
La Cantina de San Angel in the Mexico Pavilion has plain nachos, chicken tenders and macaroni & cheese.
Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion has a nice plain rotisserie chicken, but note they only offer little snacks and sweets after 4:00 PM. All of these locations are Quick-Service options and do not require a dining reservation.
I think I have hit most of the picky options around EPCOT, so there should be plenty of eats to choose from for your daughter. A lot of the restaurants I mentioned above participate in
Mobile Ordering, which makes it convenient to order, grab and then go, especially if not everyone is eating from the same place. My family of four usually gets lunch from at least two places and then we sit down together and eat.
I hope you and your daughter have a fantastic time on your next Walt Disney World vacation! "I Do" know that 98 Degrees will "Give Me (You) Just One Night" of fun!
Please
stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
