I am taking my DS, mom and niece 5/30 to 6/5 for my bday-CRT and my DS's 3rd-CM. Mom and niece to HS (6/1) Fantasmic dinner @ Melrose? Which park to go with an almost 3 & what resort dinner do you think? Ohana too hard by myself?

The Magic Kingdom would be my park of choice for an almost three year old.  Although every park has something special for that age the Magic Kingdom seems to have that special thing for young children.

You can check out the rides that would be appropriate for a toddler by going to the disney website, www.disneyworld.com , and going to Park Attractions under the Discover title.  You can check off the Magic Kingdom and then pre-school age and it will show you what fun things you can look forward to during your visit.

I would definitely choose a character dining experience for the three year old.  Ohana's is a very popular and fun place but my favorite is Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary resort.  Mickey and his friends will come to your table for pictures and autographs through-out the dinner.  The meal is served buffet style with lots of great choices for both children and grown-ups.  This is a very popular place so please call as soon as you hit your 90 days out from arrival. 407-939-3463

Either location is a perfect setting after spending time at the Magic Kingdom.  You can take the monorail to the Polynesian resort and you can take the monorail to the Contemporary resort or walk!  A three year old will probably find the monorail the best ride of the day!
