    Hi Shannon!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Walt Disney World provides many services to those with Disabilities, such as your mother. One of those is the Disability Access Service Card which allows those who have difficulty waiting in long lines to receive a return time for a Ride or Attraction and skip the traditional queue. Once this Ride or Attraction is completed, you can go to a kiosk located in various places throughout each Park to request another one. You can do this for as long as you are in the Park. To obtain a Disability Access Service Card, visit Guest Services located inside the Park near the front entrance. Please have your entire party with you at Guest Services so you can all be included on your mother's card and spend the day together. It is a wonderful way to make sure your mother enjoys every minute of her Walt Disney World visit.

Please come back by if there is anything else we can do to help you with your questions.

    Have a magically wonderful day!
