    We are taking the Mexican riviera, 7 day cruise on the Wonder out of San Diego with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren on 10/7/2018. Any helpful hints for that cruise? We have taken a 5 day Disney Cruise before out of port canaveral.

Your question brought back so many memories for me because my very first Disney Cruise with my husband was through the Mexican Riviera! From the moment we stepped onboard, we became bananas for Disney Cruise Line!

    We often sail with my parents, so it warms my heart hearing that you'll be sailing with your daughter and her family. I'm excited that you will be experiencing an entire week at sea! There are some incredible Port Adventures for the Mexican Riviera itinerary. I recommend looking through the excursions now with your family so you'll be ready to book each Port Adventure that interests you once your advance booking window opens. Also, take a peek at the onboard activities that are offered. The Youth Clubs onboard are an exciting space for kids of all ages! For the adults in your party, pampering yourselves during a day at sea by scheduling a brunch at Palo or services at Senses Spa & Salon is the idea of luxury!

    Your voyage will be a Halloween on the High Seas adventure! Definitely plan on your grandchildren dressing up in their Halloween costumes and participating in Mickey's Mouse-querade Party! Keep an eye on your Personal Navigator newsletter or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for all the spooktacular activities onboard! The activities are quite popular, so I recommend arriving to each one at least 15 minutes in advance to get a great spot to view all the fun!
