    I am taking my LO just under 2 to Disney for his 2 YO Bday Nov 1-5 what tips do you have for me? He loves all things star wars and I know he cannot do the Padawan training but what can he do? What else would you recommend for him?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and the gang will be thrilled to welcome your little one to the Walt Disney World Resort, especially to celebrate his birthday!

    All future Jedi must prepare prior to training.Take the youngling to Star Wars Launch Bay - he can stare down Kylo Ren or Meet Chewbacca. Take care to stay out of the way of the Stormtroopers unless he wants to take a glimpse of the March of the First Order. Once he emerges from the rebel base, head for Toy Story Land and ride Alien Swirling Saucers (guests must be 32 inches) and Toy Story Mania! Be sure to let him greet some of his favorite characters!

    Review the Planning Guide for Preschool Kids & Little Ones to determine other rides he might enjoy. At Disney's Animal Kingdom, our girls also love the characters and entertainment, especially the Festival of the Lion King show. If you have time, stop by The Boneyard play area. It is a perfect place for little ones during the day. At Magic Kingdom, explore the Swiss Family Treehouse and then catch a boat to Tom Sawyer Island. Adventure awaits!

    Talia, of course you must celebrate the birthday. I suggest doing a character meal on the birthday, arranging for a special phone call from Goofy to your resort hotel room and then ordering a Mickey Mouse celebration cake from Cakes at Walt Disney World Resort!
