hi, taking a land/crusie (3-nt Bahama's) solo trip in Dec 2012, can't find info on guided tours while in the Bahamas, don't want to venture out by myself (63 yrs old), can you tell me a web site with this info 1st cruise thxs for all your help

    Hi Carole,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I've taken a solo adventure on Disney Cruise Line, and the experience was spectacular.

There are plenty of neat port adventures to choose from in Nassau, you can see a list of them HERE.  For a solo traveler I highly recommend booking one of the excursions directly through Disney Cruise Line.  When booking through Disney, you will be given a meeting time and place onboard the ship prior to your excursion.  You will then be guided by a Disney representative to your adventure.  This will offer you the comfort of knowing that you have a point of contact with the ship in the event that you need additional assistance or are delayed getting back.  The other nice thing about booking this way is that in the event that the excursion is canceled due to weather or itinerary change you will receive a refund of your fees.

I hope this is helpful, please let me know if you have any other questions!
