    Hello Moms! Taking the kids to MNSSHP on Oct23! So excited! We have a first timer with us:) Any hints or tips for how to get through with 6 people effortlessly? (4kids,2adults) Also,any secret hints or tips for extra fun? Thanks again mom!

    Taking a first timer to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party?  How fun!  You have quite a challenge on your hands with 4 kids, but this will be super fun!  My first suggestion is to start the fun at home.  Have the kids decorate their own trick-or-treat bags.  You can find fun templates online of their favorite characters.  Puffy paint works great on canvas tote bags from the craft store.  You can also pick up Mickey pumpkin buckets or special Halloween recycle tote bags at Disney for their candy stash.  You will be given small bags for candy, but they fill up fast.  ;)  

    Hints for an effortless party?  Relax!  Let the kids rule the Kingdom.  Odds are they won't all want to do the same thing at the same time, so establish a rule of taking turns.  You will have plenty of time to get candy, ride attractions, dance the night away with your favorite characters and see a parade.  

    A great time saving tip is to watch the second parade because most guests wait for the first.  That way you have less crowds waiting in lines and you can get a great spot the second time around to watch the parade.  

    Secret hints...the lines reduce towards the end of the night, so if you don't want to wait an hour for Space Mountain, save it for later.  A lot of guests with little children usually don't make it to midnight, so you will start to see the park thin down after 10pm.  (We are one of those families that leave early)
