Hello. We are taking our kids to their first Disney trip this fall. We plan to do 3 park days. For sure we want to do MK and HS so we are wondering if for the third day we should go back to MK or explore Epcot, our kids are aged 7, 5, 2 & 1 thanks

Hey there, friend! Welcome to planDisney! I couldn't resist jumping in to answer your question because we have kids of a similar age, and let me tell you, EPCOT is our jam! I want to make sure you and your family have the most epic time at this incredible Park.

Let's start with Kidcot Fun Stops. Our kids love hopping from pavilion to pavilion, collecting cards to fill their 'passport', and interacting with Cast Members from around the world. It's like a mini adventure within the big adventure of EPCOT!

Now, if you've got any Frozen fans in the family, you're in luck! EPCOT is bursting with Frozen magic, from the Frozen Ever After ride to the Anna and Elsa meet-and-greet at Royal Sommerhus, located just between the Mexico Pavilion and Norway Pavilion. It's pure enchantment, I tell you!

And speaking of rides the whole family can enjoy together, let me give you the lowdown. You cannot miss The Seas with Nemo & Friends - it's a classic sure to leave everyone smiling, and the aquarium afterwards is a must-see. Then there's Living with the Land. It's fun and sneakily educational, which we parents love. And who could forget Figment? That lovable purple dragon never fails to bring a smile to our faces! Oh, and there's the new Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana.

Now, for your 7-year-old (or anyone taller than 40 inches), brace yourself for the ultimate thrill that is Test Track. You'll have an absolute blast designing and testing your own car before taking it for a spin on the track. It's an adrenaline-pumping ride!

Dining-wise, Space 220 is an absolute game-changer! Eating among the stars with panoramic views of Earth is an experience you won't soon forget. It's the perfect way to elevate your EPCOT adventure to new heights.

As you're visiting in September, you're in for a treat because that's when the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is in full swing. Get your tastebuds ready for a global smorgasbord of delicious delights. Seriously, there's something to satisfy every craving!

So, my friend, I hope you opt to enjoy a day filled with laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories at EPCOT. As you may have guessed, I'm a big fan, and I hope you and your family get to experience it all!

See you around the World Showcase!
