Hi Loren,
Your trip already sounds amazing and that is part of the Disney vacation magic. Even if you planned nothing more than your accommodations and tickets, you would still have a wonderful vacation your family would cherish forever. Don't feel overwhelmed, you have come to the right place and I will be happy to help ease your planning anxiety.
Dining reservations can be an important part of your planning, however, there are so many wonderful options the key is to remain flexible. If there is one must-do for your family, then stay vigilant and keep trying for that reservation, but otherwise look for fun alternatives your family may also like. Character meals are a big hit with my little ones, so we like to reserve a few each trip.
The Garden Grill is one of our favorites because of the delicious food, character fun, and dining atmosphere. (I also find we are able to snag a last minute reservation here often.) Sometimes we switch it up and start the mornings with a character meal. We are almost always able to find reservations at Cape May, Crystal Palace and my youngest's favorite, the
Disney Junior Play 'n Dine at the Hollywood & Vine.
Once you have planned a few meals, you can start figuring out which park you will visit each day and then, the rest of the planning pieces will fall into place. Just relax, you have a whole group of moms and honorary moms, here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, waiting to help you create your Fairy Tale vacation. Please let me know how else I can assist you. The planning should be fun and not stressful.
I can't wait to hear from you again!
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
