I will be taking my 2 kids to Disney for the 1st time & would love for them to arrive at the MK the 1st time by monorail. We will be staying at the CBR -- any reco on how to make this work and how long it would take to do it?

    Hi Jim!
There's nothing more exciting than seeing Magic Kingdom getting closer while riding the Monorail! And there's nothing more magical to a parent than your children's faces when they experience the happiest place on Earth!
The easiest way to do this would be to arrive at the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) which is located near the Polynesian Resort. The TTC is where guests park their cars when they visit the Magic Kingdom. You can take the Monorail to Magic Kingdom there. If you have a car, you can drive to the TTC and take the Monorail to Magic Kingdom. Since you're staying at a Disney resort, you get a pass that allows you to park at any of the theme park parking lots, including the TTC.
If you don't have a car, I honestly don't remember any busses that go directly to the TTC from the Caribbean Beach Resort. You could ask at the front desk if there are any busses that take you to the TTC. If not, you can take the bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios, take the bus to the TTC and then take the Monorail to Magic Kingdom.
Hope this helps and have a magical vacation!
