Hi there Amanda! Congratulations on your first Walt Disney World vacation! I know your children must be so excited. My family has always been able to experience many of our favorite attractions with little to no wait during morning Extra Magic Hour. For that reason, I would suggest dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall for lunch in order to experience some of the amazing attractions that Epcot has to offer during morning Extra Magic Hour. My family prefers to enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner in the parks since the crowds have increased at that time, rather than breakfast.
