We are taking the Halloween cruise later this year, we will also be celebrating a special birthday while on board. booking from the UK we can’t access in room decorations, can you tell me the best way to book the Halloween and birthday decorations please

    Hi Amy,

A Halloween on the High Seas cruise is a spooktacular way to celebrate the holiday AND a special birthday, too!
I'm so excited that you'll be sailing on the Disney Fantasy. My absolute favorite spot on this ship and the Disney Dream is Satellite Falls, the adults-only sundeck.

I'm sorry that you have been having difficulties finalizing your plans for decorating your stateroom. If the link for Onboard Gifts is not working for you from over the pond, then I would suggest calling Disney Cruise Line at (800) 601-8455 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST or Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST to place an order. Have your reservation number and the last name associated with the reservation ready. Or you can fill out a form at the Help Center and a Cast Member will contact you.

Since you are interested in Halloween and birthday decorations, might I suggest the “Birthday Wishes Stateroom Decor” package to enhance your celebration. Being surprised with stateroom decorations is always a photo-worthy moment!

Having a birthday at sea is totally SEAsational! We celebrated my friend’s birthday with a cake at Palo during dinner one night, and it put such a smile on her face that I would highly recommend it! Cakes and select beverages can be delivered to a stateroom or a dining room on the selected date and time of your choosing. Cake orders must be placed no later than 7 days before your sail date. For all other gifts, 3 days prior to your sail date is the cutoff point.

If you haven’t already, let Disney Cruise Line know you will be celebrating a special birthday during your cruise. I recommend at least three weeks in advance. Your rotational dining team will be more than happy to sing "Happy Birthday” and bring a complimentary dessert. And don’t forget to pick up a "Happy Birthday" button from Guest Services (Deck 3, Midship) that can be worn the entire vacation.

Feel free to stop back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have more questions. We are always happy to help! Have a FANTASTic cruise!

    SEA ya real soon!
