We are taking grown children and grandchild to WDW in August. 40th Anniv. Dinner reservation at castle had to be split 5 min apart. Suggested we ask to sit together at podium but is there another way to get reservation 8 adults 1 18 month old. together?

    Hi James.

First, congratulations on your Ruby Anniversary! Make sure you pick up a Celebration button at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel and wear it proudly.

I can tell you from experience that the best way to combine your Advance Dining Reservations is, in fact, to ask at the podium. If you will be enjoying Magic Kingdom Park throughout the day, it wouldn't hurt to pop in at let the fine Cast Members at Cinderella's Royal Table know that you wish to sit together as early as possible. While this is not a guarantee, I have been successful with this approach the few times that I have also encountered this situation with my large family.

Otherwise, you could keep checking for an Advance Dining Reservation for ten Guest to become available. Often, as your travel approaches, plans change and hard-to-get reservations open up.

James, since you are visiting Walt Disney World Resort on such a special occasion, you might consider surprising your Princess with an Anniversary Celebration from Disney Floral & Gifts. They have many options to add just the right special touch to your already incredible vacation.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
