Hello. I am taking a group of 30 students to Disneyland on July 31st. I am looking information on ways to guarantee park entry on that day. Want to avoid getting to the park and being denied entry due to overload.

Hiya friend! Thanks for coming back to planDisney.

I see that you already have your 1-Day admission tickets and theme park reservations. You're good to go! I wouldn't worry about the parks being at capacity. Thanks to the introduction of theme park reservations, this is an incredibly rare event, which at the most happens briefly on the most popular days of the year, typically around the holidays. Even then, it is temporary, and they open back up as Guests exit or Park Hop. I am an over-planner and get worried too, but rest assured, you'll get your group into the parks.

That being said, you'll want to get the most out of your magical day with your big group, so plan on arriving before the parks open to queue for security. When the park opens, you'll be ready to enjoy all there is to explore. You can also advise your students about park rules, including prohibited items, so getting through security is a breeze.

Visiting with a large group takes a little extra planning. If you're looking for recommendations for Quick Service spots with a lot of seating, consider Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Frontierland at Disneyland Park or Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta in Paradise Gardens Park at Disney California Adventure Park. Both are great options!

    Have a magical day.
