Hey Howdy Hey Edwin and welcome to planDisney!
I love that you are thinking ahead for your upcoming trip in October and getting a plan together to make your noble reservation for
Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom! These reservations can be tough to get, but a good plan and knowing the details will help to increase your chances for this royal treatment. Let's review the advanced dining reservation timetables.
The first thing to know is when to book your dining reservations. These
advanced dining reservations will open to you 60 days prior to your date of travel. You will also have the ability to book 10 days in the future for your vacation as well. So say, for example, your 60-day mark falls on a Monday, well you can book your dining reservations for that Monday and that whole week for up to 10 days. This will help to cover your whole trip, as long as it is 10 days or less, so you would only have to get online once for your reservations.
Dining reservations open at 6:00 a.m. EST online through your
My Disney Experience account or on the
My Disney Experience app. You also have the option to call Disney for help booking these reservations but the phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST so you might miss out on waiting that extra hour.
Alright now for a few tips. When booking these reservations, they can be some of the hardest ones to get. It might be beneficial to have two of you trying to book these at the same time. So say you are online as well as someone else in your party at the same time and let each other know if you have any availability showing before you make your reservations. Use the 60-day plus 10 rule to your advantage. When booking your reservation, try not to plan for it early in your trip, try to do it at the midpoint or later. This will ensure that around your dining window, fewer people have access to booking these reservations and will give you more of a chance to score them. Do not be afraid to eat during off-hours. It would not hurt to look for reservations for breakfast at 11:00 a.m or lunch at 3:00 p.m. which will give you more chances for availability.
One final tip, this one has to do with the reservation and cost itself. Cinderella's Royal Table is one of the few locations in Walt Disney World that require full payment at the time you make your reservation. So if you have yourself and someone else trying to book these reservations, make sure you communicate which one has them before booking so you avoid a duplicate charge.
I wish you the best of luck with your continued planning for your trip in October. I hope you are able to book your regal reservations to dine with royalty! If you have any further questions, please feel to let us know, we would be happy to help!
Happy planning,
Nick
