We are taking our girls (twins 7 and a 9 yr old) to Disney World for the 1st time. What theme park do you suggest for this age group? They have never ridden any rides, but I think they would enjoy smaller ones. Any suggestions are welcomed! Thank you!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stefani!

I am so excited to be able to help you plan your daughters' first trip to Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to pick up a complimentary First Visit Celebration Button from Guest Relations so that Cast Members and fellow Guests can help make sure they have an extra special day! All of the theme parks have something unique and special to offer Guests of all ages, but for a first visit, if you will only be visiting one park, I would recommend Magic Kingdom. This park contains so many iconic and kid-friendly attractions. I think your girls will love flying high in the sky on Dumbo the Flying Elephant, taking a spin in with Alice and friends on Mad Tea Party, traveling through the Hundred Acre Woods on The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and taking a trip to Neverland on Peter Pan's Flight. Check out this Disney Parks Blog post with a complete list of all attractions at Magic Kingdom. All of the rides without any height requirement would be good options for your girls!

You and your girls will also be able to meet all of you favorite Disney Characters. Meet everyone's favorite ladies from Frozen at Meet Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall and be sure to make a stop at Meet Mickey at Town Square Theater for an extra special meet 'n greet with the main mouse himself! Finally, I think there is no better way to end a day at Walt Disney World Resort than by enjoying Wishes Nighttime Spectacular. It really is my favorite fireworks show and brings tears to my eyes every time I see it!

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you prepare for your trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
