I am taking my girls on their first Disney trip this April. We decided to stay in the Royal princess rooms at POR. What is the best bldg to stay in? We want to be close to the bus stop and food court.

    Greetings Evonne!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're thrilled to hear from you and hope you are having a wonderful time planning your family's first trip to Walt Disney World Resort.

The Royal Guest Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside are beautiful! Your little princesses are going to love all the magical touches and the stunning headboards! The Royal Guest Rooms are located in either the Oak Manor or Parterre Place buildings of Magnolia Bend. Without knowing what room view you have reserved it's hard to suggest a favorite location, however, I tend to like Oak Manor just a bit more. It's closer to the East Bus Depot and only a short stroll across the river to dining.

I hope this information helps you, but if there is anything else, please let me know. Have a wonderful vacation, Evonne!

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
