we are taking my girls to bbb then to norway for luch or dinner while were are there in dec 09. my mother in law wouldlike to know if her and i can get our hair done with the girls at bbb? we would bring our own dresses "if" she talks me into dre

It sounds like your Mother In-Law is full of Disney spirit!

Any princess age 3 and up can have her hair, nails, and makeup done at the BBB (even princesses of a "certain age.") There are many families that have multi-generational makeovers at the Boutique.

The one area that you might have an issue with is the costumes. Child-sized costumes are readily available at Disney World and children are welcome to wear costumes in the parks. (Both costumes from home and costumes purchased at WDW are fine.) However, adults are prohibited from wearing costumes in the parks (other than for the Halloween Party or other special event). My understanding is that Disney does not want guests to be mistaken for "real" characters. So if, for example, you had a Cinderella makeover at the BBB and then put on a Cinderella costume, other guests might be confused.
