Hi, we are taking our first trip to WDW next week ant the ride I am most excited for is the safari at AK.. I have read that the ride can be quite bumpy. I have a 4 month old and was wondering if we should use rider swap or if it will be safe to take her on

    Hi Amy:

Kilimanjaro Safari at Animal Kingdom is a unique and not-to-be-missed attraction.  We've had wonderful close up sightings of animals during all of our rides.

You have to know your 4-month old to make the ultimate decision, but while Kilimanjaro Safari can be "bumpy" at points, your ride vehicle is generally slow moving and the motion should not be traumatic to a healthy 4-month old.  Disney lists this attraction as one "for Guests of all ages."  If there is a medical reason for your concern, you should probably check with a doctor beforehand.

    Enjoy your vacation.
